Once again @galenkp kept me well occupied over the weekend with his WE posting prompts.

There would certainly have been a lot of photos with very happy or very sad memories in my fundus. Above all, there would have been better ones from the photo quality and more beautiful ones than the one I choose now to show.

Nevertheless, I could not decide for one of my old photos, because the thought in me could not be shaken off that there is no such thing as "the happiest" or "the saddest" moment for me. Life is and remains a roller coaster of emotions. All the experienced moments of the past and all the desired goals of the future make up what we are at the moment. This one moment, that's life.

So I decided to retake a "NOW" photo and quickly before it got dark I went to the garden. I had thought of photographing the place where my dog's ashes are buried, where spring flowers are now blooming.

But then life itself came to my rescue and our little Quirrl came around the corner and wanted to play with the frisbie. And as if by chance (although I actually do not believe in coincidence) I could take this photo you see here.

It contains all the points that were listed as possible prompts!

  • Very sad moments, the death of beloved people and animals that accompanied me for a long time.
  • Very happy moments. This little bush, called Weigele, is an offshoot from a shrub in Bavaria, where my cat is buried and where I once thought I had found my "forever place" in life. Happy, but at the same time sad again, because that time is over.
  • Best holiday, when I lived in Bavaria, I actually had here too.
  • Of course, you can find much more spectacular and magnificent nature than in our garden. Nevertheless, this piece of land, "my land" has been deeply connected to me since I took my very first steps here.
  • The most important person in my life: My grandfather, who loved these little forget-me-nots flowers and planted them everywhere in the garden, where they now bloom again and again every year.
  • And that is also something I am proud of. To be the descendant of my ancestors, to let them all live on in me.

And finally, the most important thing. The here and now. Because it is the only moment in which we can breathe and live, everything else is just an illusion.

Life does not always have to be perfect, sharp, colorful, staged, just like this snapshot photo.

So I had huge fun playing Frisbie with the little mouse in the garden, chasing her when she doesn't give the Frisbie, then throwing it again and watching her run fast after her toy. The happiest moment of my life at that very moment.

WEEKEND ENGAGEMENT 98 - Alles in Einem

Wieder einmal hat mich @galenkp mit seinem Posting Prompt das Wochenende über gut beschäftigt.

Es hätte sicherlich viele Fotos mit sehr glücklichen oder sehr traurigen Erinnerungen in meinem Fundus gegeben. Vor allem hätte es auch von der Fotoqualität bessere und schönere Bilder gegeben, als das nun hier gezeigte.
Dennoch konnte ich mich für keines entscheiden, denn der Gedanke in mir ließ sich nicht abschütteln, dass es so etwas die "den glücklichsten" oder "den traurigsten" Moment für mich nicht gibt. Das Leben ist und bleibt eine Achterbahn der Gefühle. All die erlebten Momente der Vergangenheit und all die erwünschten Ziele der Zukunft machen das aus was wir im Moment sind. Dieser eine Moment, das ist das Leben.

Also beschloss ich ein "JETZT" Foto neu aufzunehmen und noch schnell bevor es dunkel wurde ging ich in den Garten. Ich hatte daran gedacht, den Platz zu fotografieren, an dem die Asche meiner Hündin begraben ist, an dem jetzt die Frühlingsblumen blühen.

Doch dann kam mir das Leben selbst zu Hilfe und unser kleiner Quirrl kam um die Ecke und wollte mit dem Frisbie spielen. Und wie durch Zufall (wobei ich ja an Zufall eigentlich gar nicht glaube) entstand dann dieses Foto, das ihr hier seht.

Es beinhaltet alle Punkte, die als mögliche Prompts aufgezählt wurden.

  • Sehr traurige Momente, der Tod von lieben Menschen und Tieren, die mich lange Zeit begleiteten.
  • Sehr glückliche Moment. Dieser kleine Busch, Weigele genannt, ist ein Ableger von einem Strauch in Bayern. Dort ist mein Kater begraben und dort dachte ich einmal, ich hätte meinen "Für Immer Platz" im Leben gefunden. Glücklich, aber zugleich auch wieder traurig, da vorbei.
  • Die besten Urlaube, als ich noch in Bayern lebte, hatte ich tatsächlich auch hier.
  • Natürlich gibt es viel spektakulärere und großartigere Natur als in unserem Garten. Dennoch ist dieses Stück Land, "mein Land" mit mir zutiefst verbunden, seit ich meine allersten Schritte hier gemacht hatte.
  • Die wichtigste Person in meinem Leben: Mein Großvater, der diese kleinen Vergissmeinnicht Blümchen über alles liebte und überall im Garten pflanzte, wo sie jetzt jedes Jahr wieder erblühen.
  • Und das ist auch etwas, worauf ich stolz bin. Die Nachfahrin meiner Ahnen zu sein, sie alle in mir weiter leben zu lassen.

Und schließlich das Wichtigste. Das Hier und Jetzt. Denn es ist der einzige Moment in dem wir atmen und leben können, alles andere ist nur eine Illusion.

Leben muss nicht immer perfekt, scharf, bunt, in Szene gesetzt sein, genau wie dieses Schnappschuss Foto.

So hatte ich riesen Spass, mit der kleinen Maus im Garten Frisbie zu spielen, ihr hinterher zu jagen, wenn sie das Frisbie nicht hergibt, es dann wieder zu werfen und sie zu beobachten, wie schnell sie ihrem Spielzeug hinterher läuft. Der glücklichste Moment meines Lebens in genau diesem Moment.

Die Idee, den deutschen Text als Kommentar einzustellen hatte ich von @lichtblick geklaut. Dennoch war ich mir jetzt nicht sicher, ob ihr dann den "deutsch" TAG im Beitrag sehen wollt oder nicht?

Sehr cool.
Den Tag " deutsch " würde ich nur nutzen , wenn die Headline auf deutsch ist, dann ist ja in der Regel der Hauptpost auch auf deutsch.
Ich hab dir einen @pishio geschickt.

I very much am a firm believer of we live in the now

So many memories and emotions all in this one picture @beeber
However I do not see any night owls flying around, perhaps it is not dark enough yet!
What a wee cutie Quirrl is and brought their frisbee knowing that you wanted a picture!
