New Update – Land Ranking Overview!

Lately, I’ve been wandering (and honestly struggling) with the big question: Where should I be spending my hard-earned cash ($)? 🧠💸

Especially now with all the new stuff that’s being added to land—raffle tickets for Gold Foil Arcane, Black Foil Arcane, revival potions, and who knows what else in the future, and we know there is a lot planned. Land is clearly evolving.

But here’s the thing...

🧱 Land Isn’t Cheap... and It’s Only Getting More Complex

I know the game is designed so that even whales can’t do everything. Land is already one of the more expensive assets in Splinterlands, and sure, you might still find a cheap plot somewhere—but getting land to actually work? Yeah, that’s not for the faint of heart.

Personally, I own 25 plots and have 1,105,500 DEC staked. That’s around $1,000. And while I know that staked DEC is still mine, it's basically locked—not doing much outside of boosting land.
I could have much more conclave arcana packs 🤣, choice choices 🤣.

Then come the workers...

So yeah, I’m torn. Do I go deeper into land, or not?

It often helps me to see where I stand, even if I don’t base my decisions purely on it. Just getting a reality check is useful—because if I’m feeling the pressure, maybe others on the rankings are feeling it too.

🔍 New Page: Check Your Land Ranking

I’ve created a simple overview to help us see where we’re at in the land game.

Where are the new charts placed:

It doesn’t show everything, but it does give a high-level comparison with three new charts:

Note as always you can zoom in and hover:

Hope it helps you make more informed choices—or at least gives you a bit more clarity.

💬 Why I Built This (For Free)

I’ve had a few DMs asking why I share this kind of stuff without charging. Honestly?

  • I love open-source.
  • The data is already public.
  • Not everyone can code or afford premium tools.

I believe everyone should have access to insights that help them play smarter.

Sure, I could try to charge for it—but then I’d feel obligated to maintain, update, and support it full-time. I’m just doing this for fun, because I enjoy it. And since it’s open-source, anyone can use it, fork it, or build on top of it.

I am struggling myself!

So it is just not your level at investment, it is at my level to investment too.

I still don't have all the packs opened that I bought. Why? Because I don't have enough midnight potion, and I hate to buy them, because they are basically lottery. That said I still couldn't control and bought some, like 1000s + and also at 9 cents!

My land remain occupied below 40% and I have massive amount of DEC staked.

So, any insight from your publicly available tools are helpful to all of us to optimize out resources. Many thanks for another new view.

The chase is real—and so is the struggle, at every level. But honestly, I'd rather face these in-game challenges than worry about how to pay for my groceries.

I am find it hard to get focused on land, yes, I only have 11 plots, but it really feels boring and expensive to me so far... Maybe if I get more time to get into it for real it will become more interesting, but for now I am struggling to just remember to claim and exchange stones and wood for grain...

I can relate to that to some extend. Boring now indeed, claim move stuff around etc.

But the moving parts and the plan how it will integrate with the game can become fun.
I hope some of the actions will be made more easy then click wait a few seconds then click the next harvest button and repeat that for every region :)
