Alright y’all, it’s time! Conclave Arcana is almost here and honestly... I’m pumped.

If you’ve been following my posts, you probably already know I’ve been stashing away funds since the start of Rebellion. This post is a revisit of that plan—plus what excites me most about this modern new set.

💰 The Plan (Still Going Strong)

Back during Rebellion, I made a decision: save up $800 worth of HBD and go all-in when Conclave Arcana drops. No distractions, no splurging. Just pure discipline.

This will be my biggest buy-in yet. I maxed Chaos Legion over time, but that took like a year or two. This time? I'm going in big (from my point of view🤣) from day one.

Now, I’m realistic. Even with $800, I’m probably just building toward a Silver-level deck—maybe Gold if I’m lucky. If you’re dreaming of Diamond right out the gate, you're gonna need to break the bank 💸.

Side note: I do have one maxed Rebellion summoner, but the rest of that set? Pretty much Silver-level. I really miss the old Splex.gg site where you could see your missing BCX at each level.

🧙‍♂️ What Excites Me?

Let’s talk foils, drops, and hype. Yes, Land changes and potential jackpots are super exciting, but let’s be real… temper your expectations. These aren’t easy wins. The new potions is the first real integration into the main game imho... its a start... lets go.

I’m going with Standard packs for the most part—they hit the sweet spot for price and potential. Alchemy and Legendary are tempting, but that’s a rabbit hole I might not crawl out of 😅.

⚔️ What’s Next? Conflict & Strategy

DEC? Locked and loaded. I’ve got 800k DEC ready, with a little extra in reserve—just in case I want to pivot to land or join the Conflicts.

Yep, it’s back—just like Rebellion. Contribute wagons, get a shot at the 9 additional cards. In Rebellion, that’s how I landed my max Lorkus. This time, wagons have an upkeep cost per round, so I’m keeping DEC in my back pocket for that.

🌀 Final Thoughts

Man… there’s so much going on:

• New card names (Archons? Arcane? It’s a lore salad in my brain)
• All these foils (RF/GF/BF/GFA/BFA… who’s keeping track??)

Four pack types:

• Starter – $1 (Commons/Rares only)
• Standard – $4 (my go-to)
• Alchemy – $12 (guaranteed GF)
• Legendary – $24 (guaranteed Legendary)

Potions can help too:

• Legendary Potions = double Epic/Legendary chances
• Alchemy Potions = double Gold Foil chances

A new Black Foil Potion is in development and will double your chances of receiving a Black Foil (details TBD).
