Creatively going broke making an NFT-based P2E Game

The Pitch:
It Was You.. is a multi-player NFT storytelling board game where players follow clues to solve the mystery of who is trying to destroy all life as we know it. Sometimes it's a Fiery Demon, sometimes it's a Maniacal Villain, and sometimes, it was you..

Characters have come through time and space to join together to stop these interplanetary magical monsters. Each player has basic starting stats of their chosen NFT Character, but they are based on four main spiritual paths - LOVE, SEER, DUTY, AND LONER. Each Character starts with a unique area of four LOCATIONS, usually one being a Hospital, Bus Stop, or Airport, that are usable by all other players. As the still hidden Villain gets closer, players must solve clues using their wits and skill to defeat monsters and collect PUZZLE PIECE NFTS to find new WEAPONS, SPELLS, DEFENSE, MAGIC ITEMS, and more. You will need a Character in order to take advantage of the Play-to-Earn BGU Tokens.

Just two years ago, while I was living in Burbank, I created the biggest board game that the printing company would let me get away with. The Main Board was 4 feet by 5 feet. I had to put 2 tables next to each other just to hold it.

But that's not all! The Character's each have their own Location Map that attaches to the Main Board. I had to add a third table!
Okay. Enough is enough. I spent over $3000 just getting it so it was playable. The Attack and Defense work. All the damage and healing work well enough. I have 16 Characters to choose from, and more than 20 Rifts - and hosting 12 Villains and their 9 Monsters each, that means we'll never ever play the same game twice.

Now, the year is 2022 - and I'm broke (at least my game budget is empty). I have this awesome game that I want to share with the world, and more importantly, I want to play! One of my favorite features of the game, is when you add a Rift NFT - a dimensional portal adding 4 or 5 more Locations to the Main Board. Every time another player pays a fee, fine, or makes a purchase on your Rift, you get a portion of that in BGU Tokens. Even if you leave the game, and your Rift becomes trapped 'in play' until the Current Campaign is finished, you still will collect a portion of the other player's BGU Tokens!
