Starting my Rising Star Journey
Yesterday night, I was a bit down on inspiration, so I decided to take a look at some of my old posts. I don't know why, but whenever I go through them it sort of makes me realize how much I've evolved as my hive journey has progressed.
Anyway, I came across this post where I stated my hive goals for the new year. I looked through them and it turns out, I am actually still on track to achieving them (though I need to work on posting a bit more frequently, lol).
One of the goals I stated there was that I'd get into block chain gaming this year because last year I was a bit afraid that I wouldn't be committed enough. I pushed aside all my fears and jumped head first into my first block chain game a couple months ago (rabona). I enjoyed It for a while, until I didn't (let's just say I'm not as good a club manager as I thought I was) . I still play though, just not very active anymore.
After hearing a lot of good things about Rising Star I decided to jump in this morning. I contacted a friend of mine who I know has been playing rising star for a while now @queenstarr. Funny enough her name has a star at the end so you know she must be a pro, lol.
She gave me proper guidance and I was able to create my account this morning. I bought 50k starbits on hive-engine. With the 50k starbits I was able to buy three packs, one pizza box and one energy boost.
I opened my three packs almost immediately. I was lucky enough to get one rare musician and 3 common ones
Along with two rare, and two common instruments.
I've been doing the missions as frequently as possible, when I can. I'm currently on level 4 with 669 starbits. Here's an overview of my stats (Note that more than 100 of the fans are drunk, lol).
Not bad for a first day (at least that's what I think).
So far I'm enjoying playing rising star. It's easy to understand, passive, and you can just listen to the beautiful music from the rising star radio. It's a really nice game, and I'm looking forward to how my journey unfolds.

Yes it can be played with a cellphone. That's what I'm using sef. 50k starbits is like 15-16 hive or so. If you're interested in starting you can chat me on discord.
