Splintertlands Art Contest Digital Art '' Vampire Bat ''

Hello, everyone 😊 Im excited to share my new digital artwork, created using Krita, I designed Vampire Bat.

Vampire Bat, Dark-Flying Type assassin, was made digitally with Krita. This ghastly bat horror slices through icy gusts with gigantic leathery wings specked with dark red veins. Its jet black fur glistens with a revolting sheen, with bright red eyes lighting upon prey with wicked precision. Jagged fangs protrude from a snarling mouth, and razor-sharp, lethal claws at the ready uncover quick, silent dispatches in the shadows.

Born of fear of what lurks in cold stillness, this is a creature of speed, concealment, and hunt reflex. I balanced sleek but vigorous form to convey agility with cool colors and foggy surroundings to contrast with the burnished sheen of its eyes. Web-like cracks and icy surfaces in the air reflect its cold surroundings, adding to the unsettling tension it radiates with every wingbeat.

I’m a person who loves creativity and self-expression. Singing and digital art are two of my biggest passions. I’ve also completed a graphics design course and enjoy using my skills to bring ideas to life.

Currently, I’m pursuing studies here in Portugal and working part-time. Balancing these roles has been an exciting challenge that’s helping me grow both personally and professionally.
