Suggestions to add

• Ask early as opposed to late; people only have 10 votes
• Don’t randomly vote; you want to win in aggregate. Top spot matter less but top 10 matters
• Don’t push too hard; that often has negative consequences
• Remember you are here for the long term and people have long memories of your actions
• Don’t burn bridges; once burned it is very hard to mend
