VICTOR'S MODERN GOLD INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT (REGULAR FOIL)

As Conclave Arcana pre-sale has 4 more days to go and having reached 1,198,132 000 total DEC or credits spent as of this writing. That is almost 157,112 packs sold. I am buying additional 1 standard pack from my 474.686 SPS winning for being 30th place in Victor's modern Gold Invitational Tournament. It is known that Conclave Arcana pre-sale will end on May 11, 2025. May 13 will the start of opening packs and that will coincide with the general sale. Usually this will happen together after the scheduled maintenace. DEC now is near peg and SPS is looks stable at 1 cent. With just the concluded Victor's Modern Gold Invitational RF. I was able to pass through round 1 and enter into the round 2. At the final round i was able place at 30th receiving 476.686 SPS as my price. The top 1-3 where @dmaan receiving 1,533.500 SPS as the champion. Then 2nd place was @lorkus receiving 1,533.500 SPS and 3rd place was @chaz777 receiving 1,533.500 SPS.

Winning 476.6861 SPS as the 30th place and with ongoing conclave arcana pre-sale i burned 420.517 SPS for 4,000 DEC using our ingame "burn SPS to get DEC ". I then used the DEC to buy 1 standard pack worth 4000 DEC. This pack gave me a guaranteed 1 rare or higher conclave arcana monster which i can used in the future tournament like this. My total DEC/ credits spent now grows to 620,000. Now i bought a total of 59 packs. It is comprised of 29 standard packs, 18 alchemy packs and 12 legendary packs. This gives me a guaranteed 15 regular arcane skinwalker and 1 regular gramel the hunger for pre-sale promos. As every 40,000 DEC/ credits spent guaranteed a 1 regular arcane skinwalker and for every 400,000 DEC/ credits spent guaranteed 1 regular gramel the hunger. I also have 620 raffle entries for presale raffle as for every 1000 DEC/ credits spent gives you 1 raffle entry. That means that a single pack purchase gives you a chance to win the one in only black foil arcane gramel the hunger or be one of the 71 lucky winners...Will the RNG of GODS be in our favor.

BATTLES AGAINSt THE GREAT BATEU:

I choose this battle to share because this is my lucky win against the great Bateu. As my final record i got 13 wins 8 losses atleast enough wins to qualify on those juicy prizes.

For the first round i got 8 wins 3 losses to qualify for the second round which a better result than the past tournament where i was not even qualify for any price as i was place above 128 . For the second round i got 5 wins and 5 losses which my 2 opponent fled. One of the reason i was able to place 30th with 13 wins 8 loss overall.

RULE SET:

1. HIGH FIVE : You can summon only 5 units than usual 6
2. UNPROTECTED: All units have zero armor and cannot gain armor from summoners or abilities
3. EARTHQUAKE: All nonflying and snared units take 2 physical damage at the beginning of each round, starting round 2.

MY STRATEGY:

Given with the 3 rulesets my first choice of summoner is eternal tofu.
Eternal tofu provides 2 health, snare and thorns. And with tactics divine shield and corrosive ward to 3 monster but my option is scavenger and triage to a single monster. And that is to add scavenger abilty and triage to pelacor mercenary.

My positioning and choose of monster got a little effect to the strategy due to it is only a 17 mana cap . The key element in my chance of winning on this is base on the earthquake ruleset. Using eternal tofu as my summoner. Adding 0 mana monster fungus fiend as suicide provide additional health to pelacor mercenary as my main tank due to its flying ang heal ability, then add a monster with martyr ability venari marksrat that makes only pelacor mercenary stronger. At the end i intend to win by dominering pelacor mercenary or win by fatique or my opponent monster vanish through earthquake.

THE RESULT: a lucky win as my opponent can not withstand the giant pelacor mercenary offcourse with the help of eternal tofu and the two dummies fungus fiend and venari marksrat.
