Using my precious Untamed cards in Splinterlands Tournaments
A long time ago in Splinterlands, when I first entered the game, the most recent expansion was the Untamed set, which at the time were the best cards. Unfortunately, I only leveled up my Untamed cards to the bronze level. I stopped using my Untamed cards after a while when the Modern format came out and Untamed become exclusively for the Wild format, so I put most of them up for rent to generate some DEC.
I really appreciate these cards, as they were the first ones I got from opening packs, so I never sold any of them. I should have, but I didn't. Since they are low level, they don't get rented as quickly as they used to, mainly because chaos cards are cheaper to rent, so I've decided to use them in tournaments for now. It feels so good to be able to use them again after a long time, they are so cool, every single one of them. I have almost all of the untamed cards at bronze level, except for most of the legendaries.

By the way, I delegated my untamed cards to my only account I'm currently playing, which is langice, since I have more soulbound cards on that account.
Tournament link
This tournament only allowed alpha and untamed set, unfortunately I don't have any alpha cards. In this post I will use the term summoner, as it is a bit strange to call the untamed, archons.
In this battle, both my opponent and I used one of the best aggressive legendary untamed units, The Vigilator, a 9 mana unit that has two attack types (ranged and melee) and also has the Double Strike ability, allowing it to attack twice per turn, so with its double attack type it can perform 4 attacks in a single turn, a unique beast. I also used Shielbearer to protect my units and let Vigilator and Tatiana attack freely.
Full Battle
I choose Serpent of Eld in this battle, since there will be no magic units due to the lost magic modifier. Therefore, melee and ranged attacks will have a hard time hitting it, as it has a 50% chance to evade them thanks to its Dodge, and the flying ability my summoner granted it. I also use Demented Shark to increase the attack of my melee units and I use Azmare Harponist, who can remove the flying ability, in case the opponent had the same strategy.
Full Battle
My opponent used the dreaded legendary Llama, known for giving its units the Last Stand ability, increasing all of their stats by 50% when the unit is the only one on their team, this is especially good with units that have the healing ability and high health points. But this time I managed to defeat this combo, since this battle was not the best scenario to use Llama, I used two powerful ranged units and my magic units that easily destroy Quora and the other enemy units.
Full Battle
Well, I dominated this battle, of course, since my opponent only summoned two weak units, but I didn't want to show you this battle because of that. If not, because the lineup I used here, the summoner Mylor, my Unicorn Mustang who is resistant to magic, and my two ranged units in the last position, I used them a lot in many battles, giving me many wins. They were so good together, and still are in bronze battles.
Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to round 2, there were 3 battles I lost where my opponents crushed my units using the powerful legendary summoners, Zaku, Kitty and Llama.

I lost another one because I didn't follow my intuition, I knew my opponent would use magic, so I should use my death summoner, which reflects magic, instead of my light summoner.
My last defeat should have been a draw, but unfortunately the enemy Kron defeated mine first.

I finished in 29th place, earning 27.130 SPS, not much, but it was a lot of fun to play with my untamed cards again after so long. I will play many more tournaments using them and, of course, trying to get a better position.
