Stake House Den - Roulette: Bets and Payouts, are you lucky?

Stake House Den is a Web3 social casino published by Invennium Corp and currently available on the Arcade Colony platform. There will be 8 games inside Stake House Den, but for now there are 3 games available, which are Roulette, BlackJack and Slots.

This time, let's look at how we can win in the roulette, a casino game in which a ball spins around the wheel, and players place bets on where it will land. To play, it's very simple, just click on the Roulette table.

Now, in the game of Roulette you can place inside bets and/or outside bets.

First, let's see how much we can win by betting on INSIDE BETS.

STRAIGHT: The highest payout rate is betting on a single number: 35 to 1. Since it is the most difficult bet.

In this example, I bet 10 chips on number 24 and luckily I won, so I got 350 points.

SPLIT: bet between two adjacent numbers. In this example, I'm placing my bet between the numbers 17 and 20. The payout ratio should be 17.5 to 1, but of course the house needs to win, so the ratio is 17 to 1.

STREET: a bet that covers three numbers in a row. You can do this by placing the token as in the example below. The payout ratio is 11 to 1.

r3.png

CORNER: a bet between four adjacent numbers, as in the example below (covering numbers 2, 5, 3 and 6). The payout ratio is 8 to 1.

SIX LINE: six numbers in two adjacent rows, this bet pays 5 to 1. Bet as in the example below (covering numbers 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24).

Now, let's look at the simplest ones, the OUTSIDE BETS:

We have the RED/BLACK: Simply bet on either red or black color and cross your fingers. It only pays 1 to 1, but the risk is much lower than any inside bet.

EVEN/ODD, a 50% chance of winning, as in the red/black bet. Betting on Even or Odd also pays 1 to 1.

HIGH/LOW (1-18 or 19-36): This is the third and final bet that pays 1 to 1.

DOZEN (1-12, 13-24, or 25-36): You can place your bet on 1st 12, 2nd 12, or 3rd 12. In this case the payout ratio is 2 to 1.

And finally, there is also the option to bet on COLUMNS (vertical columns of 12 numbers): Bet on C1, C2 or C3, these have a payout ratio of 2 to 1.

And those are all the different types of bets you can make in Roulette. As you can appreciate, Inside Bets pay much more than Outside Bets, you know, the odds. Red/black color, even/odd and high/low are the bets that pay the least, but the risk is much lower. And betting on a single number, of course, pays more, 35 to 1, but the risk is much higher, and I would say that's the fun part, but it's better not to bet on it, at least not with everything.

By the way, my lucky number would be 77, but since the roulette wheel doesn't have that number, I would go for number 24. And I prefer the dozen from 13 to 22, I don't know why. And I also prefer the high/low from 1-18. That's all for now guys, take care.
