Splinterlands EOS - Opening 10 epic draws using 100 alchemy potions
Hello everyone, have a nice day and good battles. Another season of Splinterlands has ended. I managed to finish in the Champion II league, which is a great league, but unfortunately, I couldn't reach champion I. I will do my best this season to achieve that.
I got 193,436 glint by the end of season glint, and an additionally 400,000 glint thanks to achieving second place in the modern diamond leaderboard. And since I finished in the position 17 in the frontier leaderboard, I got 5 foundations packs and 10 entries for the weekly frontier draw.
I decided to buy 10 epic draws. Each epic draw, requires 10 alchemy potions, so the chance of getting a gold foil will be 2%. The odds are still low, but I hope to get at least one. In total I used 100 alchemy potions.

Well, unfortunately, I wasn't lucky this time, I didn't get any gold cards. But at least I got two copies of the epic Rila Fen, just what I needed to level it up to level 2.

I now have Rila Fen at level 2, which is great because it got the Last Stand ability, which negates the effects of units that trigger on defeat. So, that annoying hippo combo will not work when Rila is on the battlefield. I will definitely use this card in my battles, and I hope to use it in the right battles.
I got exactly 4 cards of the avian Voss in my epic draws, so I leveled up this feathered unit to level 2. Now it has the Void ability, which still makes this card not that interesting, not like Rila Fen. But this avian unit has the bloodline tribute ability, so it's useful with the shapeshift modifier, especially in battles with low mana.
For now, I will save my glint, as I haven't decided wether to spend it in more epic draws with alchemy potions, or just open them without them. Those 100 alchemy potions and not a single gold card, it really hurts :P . Anyway, when I feel lucky I will buy more rarity draws, or maybe I will buy ultimate loot chests.
