"Why Every Hive User Should Stake pHBD-USDC If They Want HIVE and HBD to Gain Mass Adoption"

Ever since the APR interest got increased to 20% thanks to the Hive witness, creating contents on Hive and Leofinance became more fun, interesting and entertaining because it boosted the moral of those that were low motivations due to low up vote and attention but now every cent is worth saving on for the HBD interest and I believe people are saving every day because of what they will gain on the interest.

With this interest, it has been a little bit easy to onboard new users because basically I usually start “there’s 20% interest on your HBD you earn if you out it in savings” and I break it down for them how they will receive the interest depending on the amount they put in it. Most people prefer to hear or see what they will gain before doing or investing on anything that involves taking their time or money.

But despite the gold interest, there’s just one problem we facing and that’s the supply of HBD because there’s no or less liquidity and to solve this we need more hands on deck. Yesterday I tried converting my Hive to HBD and I saw that it will take 3.5 days and not just that I already have up to 70 Hive on my savings that will take 3 days waiting period to pull out and to convert to HBD 3.5 days so in total I will have to wait for maximum of 6.5/7 days before I can totally save it on my HBD which is a really long day and it’s a very slow process to achieve a good figure of HBD but this is where pHBD comes in.

First of all, pHBD is the wrapped version of HBD that is also identical or works exactly like the pLEO, bLEO, and wLEO, and the wrapping and unwrapping of HBD can be done on the polygon network. The liquidity problem we facing, which is supposed to be the demand and supply but we have the demand can be solved if every user starts staking in the pHBD-USDC pool. Why?

Because the plan for the pHBD is have a LP (liquidity pool) of $5m which can give a great flexibility for it to grow and even take it to number one and not just that if we are able to reach at least $1m, this is prompt or attract more whales or investors into the Hive ecosystem for the 20% interest. And when this happen the popularity of Hive, HBD and pHBD skyrocket.

If every Hive user stake PHBD-USDC, it will not only get massive attentions from big DeFi whales but also it will be very useful for the Hive ecosystem and the community. So about telling more people about it, coincidentally before I even came across the contest post, I had already told my uncle about Hive and how he can invest on HBD and get 20% APR interest monthly and he thought I was kidding until I should him my Hive wallet and the interest I have gained.

After enough exchange of excuses of why he should invest and why he doesn’t want to invest (his excuse was that he lost $4,000 in US stock market after investing $10,000 and his friend lost close to $2,000 to Bitcoin when the dip happened) I had to convince him that Hive is entirely a different an d unique platform. Bottom line is, after much persuasion and convince he finally said he will try it out with $500 LOL well that’s something.

So for every Hive user reading this, it’s time to hop on the boat let’s get to that $5m liquidity and it doesn’t matter how small or big you have let’s stake all the way and get this ship sailing.
