I draw Splinterland's Xenith Monk in my own style (ENG/ITA)

Hi everyone, this is appointment number 28, in this series of articles I draw the famous characters of @splinterlands with my own style. Today I present to you the illustration dedicated to Xenith Monk, I imagined him as an expert in magical martial arts, elegant and powerful. For this realization of the illustration I wanted to follow a lot the style of the original work, which I think is splendid. Below I show you the final result of the illustration I made.

For the making of this illustration I started by creating a stylized mannequin in the pose I had in mind, which is a very elegant but menacing pre-fight pose. Once this illustration was created very quickly, I finished everything going to refine and enrich the subject with details, finally I colored everything first in spot colors then I added lights and shadows. I really appreciated the effect of the spiritual energy that emanates from the protagonist's body, this to create all its power. Below I show you some basic steps of the creative process that led to the realization of the final result.

Ciao a tutti, questo è l'appuntamento numero 28 , in questa serie di articoli disegno i famosi personaggi di @splinterlands con il mio stile. Oggi vi presento l'illustrazione dedicata a Xenith Monk, lo ho immaginato come un esperto di arti marziali magiche, elegante e potente. Per realizzare questa illustrazione ho voluto seguire molto lo stile dell'opera originale che reputo splendida. Qui di seguito vi mostro il risultato finale della illustrazione realizzata da me.

Per realizzare questa illustrazione ho iniziato creando un manichino stilizzato nella posa che avevo in mente, ovvero una posa pre combattimento molto elegante ma allo stesso tempo minacciosa. Creata questa illustrazione molto veloce ho rifinito tutto andando a perfezionare ed arricchire di dettagli il soggetto, infine ho colorato il tutto prima a tinte piatte poi ho aggiunto luci e ombre. Mi sono molto divertito a creare l'effetto dell'energia spirituale emanata dal corpo del protagonista, questa energia di luce simboleggia tutta la sua potenza. Qui di seguito vi mostro qualche passaggio fondamentale del processo creativo che ha portato alla realizzazione del risultato finale.
