Buying and Leveling up Makes the Card Stronger

In this content i want to share about we are need to leveling up cards in order to make the monster stronger. Splinterlands gameplay right now forcing player to maxed the card since there are no capped on each league. So you can facing opponent that having or renting maxed card even though you are in the lowest league. Thats why Leveling up Card is important nowdays.

The level system in Splinterlands depends on BCX. For new people that you are not getting used with this BCX Word, you can make simple. So, BCX is copies. We need having more copies to leveling up the card and upgrading the status.
For example

Like the card above you can see Anasth Soothsayer level 1 with 1 bcx or copies having status with 6 health 1 magic damage and 4 speed and having cleanse ability.
Now compared to maxed level

The status might not changed a lot. At maxed level Anasth Soothsayer having 9 health that is 3 different from level 1. 1 Magic Damage which is still same with level 1. And 4 speed which is still same with level 1. And what makes really different is the ability. At maxed level, Anasth Soothsayer having 4 added abilities. Tank Heal,Lookout,Dispel,Dodge. And with that ability. It will make very huge different utilities for this monster unit. In level 1, you might not using much of this card. But,at maxed level, this card is kinda be a really good support card that can table turn the outcome of the battle. Especially with Tank Heal,Lookout and Dodge abilities.

There are need different total copies each rarity. And since in Splinterlands universe having 4 different rarity there is Common,Rare,Epic,Legend. So,each rarity need different copies. And almost forgot. There are 2 types of card. Regular card and Gold Foil card. The Regular card need more card than Gold Foil card.

For example let see Chaos Rear Guard card. This is Regular one and Common rarities. At maxed level that is level 10. It needs 400 BCX or copies of this card. So, you need to collecting Chaos Rear Guard card with total 400 copies. You can get it from buying Rebellion Pack and opened it or you can buying at the market. Some people might selling the excess card that they have.

For Gold Foil Card you need less copy. And yes Gold Foil card is more expensive than Regular one. And rarer than regular one. Thats why all cards need less copy to upgrade to max level. For Gold Foil****Chaos Rear Guard just need total 38 BCX or copies. compared to Regular that need total 400 BCX or copies. What you will prefer? I am suggesting that Common and Rare rarity are better buying Gold Foil card. Besides need less copy, Gold Foil card will generate more rewards in ranked battle. And in Gold Foil tournaments,they always gives more rewards than Regular one.

And Each element, there are different rarities like i said before. And of course higher rarities need less copy of the card.

Above you can see Chaos Rear Guard as common rarity yeah.
Lets check this out for other rarities.

For Rare rarities, i am using Pirate of Eight for example. Regular foil need total 115 copies and for Gold Foil need just 22 copies. I dont know for sure the math for this foil. But, judging by the rewards bonus and tournament rewards, i think having Gold Foil is better than regular one.

For Epic rarities i am using Captain Fellblade as example since i have this Regular foil card too.
For Regular foil Epic rarities need total 46 copies. and for Gold Foil just need 10 total copies. And since this is Epic Rarity of course Gold foil card of Epic and Legend rarities will be very expensive since it will be super hard to get.

For Legend rarity i used Nephket as example. For Regular Foil just need 11 copies and for Gold Foil just need 4 copies. With just 4 copies can maxed legendary cards. That will make all legendary gold foil card price is really really expensive since it will really hard to get. The chance is really small.

So, in order to get higher win rate in ranked battle and getting more rewards. I am still suggesting to maxed your card. Especially the newest set in Splinterlands. With maxed level it will make your strategy worked and sometimes you can defeated other player that having less level.
In the next content i will share my progress leveling my card too. It is very important for battle though.
