My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2023

Hello to all my actifiters friends around the world,how are you today? I am hoping that you are all healthy and safe.

Today i want to sharing my activity. As usual i am wake up around 6.00 a.m and waiting around 15-30 minutes to regaining my consciousness. After that i am take my wife to her school to do her job as a kindergarten teacher. After i am arrive in my home, i am working on making molded cement pot and try research about my scented candle.
Time passing by, until 11 a.m i need to preparing lunch for me and my son. After we both done eating i am take my son to walking around in neighborhood so both of us get some sweat and more active and reduced time watching gadget that bad for our eyes. After that both of us pick my wife and going home. Before i am take a shower i am walking again to refresh my mind and this is friday so i can relax a bit. After done hours of walking time to take a bath and making batlle mage challenge on splinterlands weekly challenge. And after that time to sleep. Ready to weekend hoping weekend not done so fast
