yes, when the new set comes in, the old set will no longer be in print. There will still be an unlocking period, but no more Rebellion Reward cards will be able to be obtained by Card Draws or Loot Chests.
Alrightttty Gotta go battle lots to get some glint. Got epics I want to level up !
