What Excites Me The Most WOOs First Territorial Sale

Short answer : Everything

But seriously, here is a short list what excites me about this project:

1.Real life impactThere are a lot of new games surfacing on Hive, but I must admit, that one of the main reasons I joined WOO is the fact they give back to the Wrestling community. They get some marketing and publicity from Partnering with Wrestlers, sure, but they return the favor by providing back a cut of the sales and giving a passive income to these wrestlers. During pack sales, but also later on, when the wrestler cards are sold through the WOO market as well. Just awesome. For me this will be always a reason to support a project.
2.Land = passive incomeI will have to build it up, invest WOO into the buildings, but after that it hopefully will be a passive income stream. There might be a bit of work with maintenance, but I think that will be manageable.
3.New cardsThe last AMA was eyeopening. Everything has a reason to be, everything has value or gets a value in the long run. As such it seems you can earn new freelancer Wrestlers by playing in cities with a lot of Fans. That is a great deal!
4.PvP fightsI want to play the game, use the cards, explore the combos and win. And if I do this in my own City, then I can reap all the benefits from the "gate" fee. I don't have to share with anybody (except the Territory owner, but that should be an extremely small cut)
5.The teamThe whole WOO team of @wrestorgonline is doing a great job. I had favorites in the past, but now I see all of them pulling the same string.
6.Be the first!{Self explanatory}
7.Price of WOOIt will skyrocket, when the game comes out because of Land as well! Just sayin' ;)

So these are my reasons to be excited about the first Territorial Sale.
