The main motivator for why people like x job is how it affects others. Most people are motivated by how it affects other humans, mainly the ones they meet in real life but most people also care at least somewhat about people they don't even know, it's less but it is still there for most people right. The main incentive you need for people to do x job is them seeing/understanding that it affects it affects other positively and for them to be convinced that it will bring future goodness for the ones they know and especially the ones they care about. And when most people have this then it's good. Nowhere in this do you need capitalism. Nowhere in this do you need hierarchies, power-structures not made by democracy. In fact they actively harm both of the main things people want. "But in this x country heavily plagued by undemocratic power structures people aren't treat fairly". Well that is not because of "communism", that is because these undemocratic power-structures create them. Look in Norway the most democratic country and there they have less of it, still loads to go but I hope we can both agree that Norway is one of the most democratic places right. So therefore they can make it even more democratic, more people power. They could cut the undemocratic power-structures and so should everywhere else
Look at Rojava, I source SNL, look it up, thru democracy they have with little resources created many good things
You don't need capitalism, it's no good
what you need is more power to the people, it's so obvious.
