Positivity

Here are two videos to help think a bit of positivity in this chaotic world.
First is "The Game Theory", and second is "The world at war".

I share these from the perspective of an investor. Specially the investors who's asset class gets affected by global events. Despite however it feels like and however the mainstream media or social media sensationalise the world events, overall the world is indeed heading towards a bit calmer place be it feels like at snail's speed.

If you want an example, then let's just say if you are sailing the ocean in a boat you will feel the ocean is too much volatile, big and small waves crashing. But if you zoom out, for example you are taking a picture from space, like from International Space Station, then you will see no signs of chaos, but other events happening. I'm just trying to picture an analogy, but not sure I'm doing a good job at expressing what I want to express actually.

What I am trying to say is it's best to not be too much fearful, taking measured risks is best, and even if the worst events does unfolds, it's best to hold on to the assets you originally had conviction it will perform best in terms of decade time period. The best is to have enough cashflow in hand to make sure if any sort of bad event happens you can stay afloat and not has to sell big portion of your precious portfolio assets.

This strategy I have applied multiple times after quitting my day job in late 2016, living 100% off crypto earnings or trading. There has been so many fears and news of laws, and wars, and actual events happening like Covid. But in the end the markets has been just correcting itself upwards. Maybe I'll learn something different over time and might just update my point of view on these thoughts yet again, but so far I think of positive outcomes in world, despite whatever is being projected by anyone or anything.
