¡Saludos comunidad y feliz año nuevo! En el reto de esta semana quiero compartir con ustedes un análisis de mi experiencia utilizando una estrategia con el Splinter de Vida. La cual considero una excelente opción para aquellas partidas con un límite de maná alto y con las reglas “Keep Your Distance” y “Aimless”. Es importante recordar que el tipo de ofensiva a utilizar en nuestras estrategias también dependerá del resto de reglas presentes en la batalla.

En esta oportunidad, les explicaré cómo afronté una batalla de Brawl de la liga de Plata en el formato Salvaje, enfocando mi análisis en explicar cómo utilicé al Splinter de Vida, el invocador Grandmaster Rathe y a las unidades Iziar, Adelade Brightwing, Spirit Hoarder, Prismologist, Venari Crystalsmith y Cornealus para ser coherente con las reglas de batalla presentes y las habilidades que quería combinar con la finalidad de tomar ventaja en la partida con la estrategia planteada.

Ya que estos aspectos son un factor clave con un impacto considerable en el desempeño de nuestras estrategias.

Hablemos sobre el conjunto de reglas presentes en la batalla, este es el punto de partida para iniciar el análisis que nos llevará a la elección más adecuada para afrontar la batalla.

Límite de maná igual a 48 puntos, esta cantidad nos permite elegir invocadores con un costo de maná entre 4 y 7 puntos. Dejándonos con una cantidad de maná restante suficiente para elegir unidades fuertes.

Aim True es una regla que otorga a todas las unidades la habilidad “True Strike”. Por otra parte, “Keep Your Distance”, es una regla que sólo permite utilizar unidades de tipo mágico o ranged. Mientras que, Aimless, es una regla que otorga la habilidad “Scattershot” a todas las unidades.

Entonces, tomando en cuenta todos estos aspectos, decidí utilizar al Splinter de Vida, ya que cuenta con unidades que poseen buenas estadísticas, entre ellas, un buen daño mágico y ranged. También cuenta con habilidades como: “Void”, “Taunt”, “Repair”, “Resurrect”, “Triage”, “Blast”, “Tank Heal”, “Heal” entre otras y con un invocador que incrementa en 1 punto la armadura del equipo y les otorga las habilidades “Void Armor” y “Amplify”.

Hablemos sobre el equipo y la estrategia que conforma. Dadas las circunstancias, era evidente el uso de los tipos de ataque mágico y ranged. Es por ello que decidí elegir al invocador Grandmaster Rathe, ya que incrementa en 1 punto la armadura del equipo y les otorga las habilidades “Void Armor” y “Amplify”.

Iziar fue el tanque en esta oportunidad, más que todo por sus buenas estadísticas, entre ellas, sus puntos de vida, velocidad y ataque mágico. Ya que en este caso en particular, la habilidad “Taunt” no es efectiva. Sin embargo, “Void” le permite resistir un poco más el daño mágico enemigo.

Adelade Brightwing se encarga de dar soporte al equipo a través de las habilidades “Repair” y “Resurrect”. También contribuye con su ataque mágico.

Spirit Hoarder, ayuda al equipo en la segunda línea, mediante la habilidad “Triage”. También contribuye con su ataque mágico.

Prismologist contribuye a debilitar al enemigo con su elevado ataque ranged que en conjunto a las habilidades “Blast” y “Scattershot”, puede afectar a más de un objetivo aleatoriamente.

Venari Crystalsmith da soporte al tanque a través de la habilidad “Tank Heal”, permitiéndole resistir un poco más los ataques enemigos. También contribuye con su ataque ranged.

Por último Cornealus contribuye con su ataque ranged, con la diferencia que puede resistir un poco más, porque cuenta con la habilidad “Heal”.

Como les mencioné anteriormente, elegir al invocador Grandmaster Rathe y a las unidades Iziar, Adelade Brightwing, Spirit Hoarder, Prismologist, Venari Crystalsmith y Cornealus, fue una buena opción. Sin embargo, también es importante incluir habilidades de soporte que le permitan a nuestro tanque y al resto del equipo, resistir lo suficiente.

Observen como para el turno 4 de la ronda 4, el equipo enemigo estaba casi abatido. Iziar logró resistir muy bien la primera posición gracias al soporte de Adelade Brightwing y Venari Crystalsmith. Del mismo modo, la contribución de Prismologist, Spirit Hoarder y Cornealus fue clave para debilitar al enemigo.

La estrategia planteada hizo un uso eficiente de la cantidad de maná disponible, cubriendo aspectos tales como: resistencia contra el daño enemigo, soporte del equipo, una buena ofensiva, y coherencia con el conjunto de reglas presente.

Una debilidad de esta estrategia es un equipo enemigo que cuente con resistencia al daño mágico y ranged e incluya habilidades como: “Shield”, “Void”, “Void Armor”, “Repair”, “Return Fire”, “Headwinds”, “Tank Heal”, “Heal”, “Silence”, “Triage”, entre otras.

La diferencia entre las estrategias fue que el equipo enemigo no contaba con el soporte suficiente para resistir los ataques de mi equipo.

Para el funcionamiento adecuado de nuestras estrategias, es importante considerar todos los aspectos involucrados, por lo que no sólo debemos enfocarnos en las estadísticas y habilidades a combinar. También debemos tener en cuenta la influencia de los conjuntos de reglas sobre la estrategia.

Greetings community and happy new year! In this week's challenge I want to share with you an analysis of my experience using a strategy with the Splinter of Life. Which I consider an excellent option for those games with a high mana limit and with the rules “Keep Your Distance” and “Aimless”. It is important to remember that the type of offensive to use in our strategies will also depend on the rest of the rules present in the battle.

In this opportunity, I will explain how I faced a Silver League Brawl battle in the Wild format, focusing my analysis in explaining how I used the Splinter of Life, the summoner Grandmaster Rathe and the units Iziar, Adelade Brightwing, Spirit Hoarder, Prismologist, Venari Crystalsmith and Cornealus to be coherent with the battle rules present and the abilities I wanted to combine in order to take advantage in the game with the strategy proposed.

Since these aspects are a key factor with a considerable impact on the performance of our strategies.

Let's talk about the set of rules present in the battle, this is the starting point to begin the analysis that will lead us to the most appropriate choice to face the battle.

Mana limit equal to 48 points, this amount allows us to choose summoners with a mana cost between 4 and 7 points. Leaving us with a sufficient amount of remaining mana to choose strong units.

Aim True is a rule that grants all units the ability “True Strike”. On the other hand, “Keep Your Distance”, is a rule that only allows the use of magical or ranged units. While, Aimless, is a rule that grants the “Scattershot” ability to all units.

So, taking into account all these aspects, I decided to use the Life Splinter, since it has units that have good stats, among them, a good magic and ranged damage. It also has abilities such as: “Void”, “Taunt”, “Repair”, “Resurrect”, “Triage”, “Blast”, “Tank Heal”, “Heal” among others and a summoner that increases the team's armor by 1 point and gives them the abilities “Void Armor” and “Amplify”.

Let's talk about the equipment and the strategy it conforms. Given the circumstances, it was evident the use of magic and ranged attack types. That's why I decided to choose the summoner Grandmaster Rathe, since he increases the team's armor by 1 point and gives them the “Void Armor” and “Amplify” abilities.

Iziar was the tank this time, mostly because of his good stats, among them, his health, speed and magic attack. Since in this particular case, the ability “Taunt” is not effective. However, “Void” allows him to resist enemy magic damage a little more.

Adelade Brightwing is in charge of supporting the team through the skills “Repair” and “Resurrect”. She also contributes with her magic attack.

Spirit Hoarder, helps the team in the second line, through the skill “Triage”. It also contributes with its magic attack.

Prismologist contributes to weaken the enemy with his high ranged attack that together with the “Blast” and “Scattershot” abilities, can affect more than one target randomly.

Venari Crystalsmith gives support to the tank through the “Tank Heal” ability, allowing it to resist enemy attacks a little more. It also contributes with its ranged attack.

Finally Cornealus contributes with his ranged attack, with the difference that he can resist a little more, because he has the “Heal” ability.

As I mentioned before, choosing the summoner Grandmaster Rathe and the units Iziar, Adelade Brightwing, Spirit Hoarder, Prismologist, Venari Crystalsmith and Cornealus was a good choice. However, it is also important to include support abilities that allow our tank and the rest of the team to resist enough.

Notice how by turn 4 of round 4, the enemy team was almost down. Iziar managed to resist very well the first position thanks to the support of Adelade Brightwing and Venari Crystalsmith. Likewise, the contribution of Prismologist, Spirit Hoarder and Cornealus was key to weaken the enemy.

The strategy proposed made efficient use of the amount of mana available, covering aspects such as: resistance against enemy damage, team support, good offense, and coherence with the present rule set.

A weakness of this strategy is an enemy team that has resistance to magic and ranged damage and includes abilities such as: “Shield”, “Void”, “Void Armor”, “Repair”, “Return Fire”, “Headwinds”, “Tank Heal”, “Heal”, “Silence”, “Triage”, among others.

The difference between the strategies was that the enemy team did not have enough support to resist my team's attacks.

For the proper functioning of our strategies, it is important to consider all the aspects involved, so we should not only focus on the statistics and skills to combine. We must also take into account the influence of the rule sets on the strategy.
