အားလုံးသော မိတ်ဆွေအပေါင်း မင်္ဂလာပါ.....

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ လူ့လောကကြီးထဲက လူအများစုဟာ ‌ကိုယ်လုပ်ချင်ရာကိုပဲ လုပ်နေကြတတ်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီလို လုပ်ချင်တာလုပ်ပြီး အခြားသူတွေက ဝေဖန်အကြံပြုကြတဲ့အခါ ဆင်ခြေ ဆင်လက် ဆင်နားရွက်တွေနဲ့ အကြောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးပြပြီး လုပ်ချင်တာလုပ်တဲ့အကျင့်ကို ကာကွယ်တတ်ကြတယ်။ အဲဒီအများစုက လုပ်ချင်တာ နဲ့ လုပ်သင့်တာကို သေချာကွဲကွဲပြားပြား သိပုံမရကြပါဘူး။ လုပ်ချင်တာ နဲ့ လုပ်သင့်တာကို မကွဲပြားတော့ လုပ်ချင်တာကို လုပ်သင့်တာအနေနဲ့ သတ်မှတ်ပြီးလုပ်ကြတော့တာပဲ။

တကယ်တမ်းမှာလည်း လုပ်ချင်တာကိုသာ လုပ်နေကြပြီး လုပ်သင့်တာကို မသိချင်ယောင်ဆောင်နေတတ်ကြတယ်။ ကျန်းမာရေးမကောင်းလို့ အိပ်ရာပေါ်လှဲနေရချိန်မှာ လုပ်သင့်တာက လိုအပ်တဲ့ဆေးဝါးကုသခြင်းနဲ့ ကိုယ်တိုင် ဂရုစိုက်ခြင်းဖြစ်ပေမယ့် ဆေးကုသဖို့ အကြောင်းပြချက်အမျိုးမျိုးနဲ့ မကုသပဲ ကြိုက်လွန်းလို့ဆိုပြီး ရောဂါနဲ့မတည့်တဲ့ အစားအစာတွေကို နင်းကန်စားတာ လုပ်ချင်တာလုပ်နေကြတတ်တယ်။ ပြီးတော့မှ နောင်တနဲ့အတူ ဟိုဟာကြောက် ဒီဟာကြောက်နဲ့ဖြစ်နေတတ်တော့တာပဲ။

ဘယ်အရာမျိုးမဆို မဖြစ်ခင်က ကြိုတင်ကြောက်ပြီး ရှောင်သင့်တာရှောင် ဆောင်သင့်တာကိုလည်း‌ ဆောင်ကြရမှာပါ။ အဲ-ဖြစ်ပြီဆိုကာမှ ဟိုဟာကြောက် ဒီဟာကြောက်နဲ့ ဝေတေတေဖြစ်နေတတ်တာကလည်း လူအများစုပါပဲ။ ဒီအစားအစာကိုစားရင် ဒီလိုရောဂါဖြစ်တတ်တယ်လို့ ဆိုထားကြပေမယ့် ကြိုက်လို့ဆိုပြီးနင်းကန်စား နှစ်ကြာလာတော့ ရောဂါဖြစ်ကြပါရောလား။ ရောဂါဖြစ်ပြီဆိုကာမှ ဟိုဟာရှောင်ရမယ် ဒီဟာမစားရဘူးဆိုပြီး ကြောက်နေကြပြန်တယ်။ ‌ဒါပေမယ့် ‌ဘာရှောင်ရှောင် ရောဂါကဖြစ်ပြီးနေပြီ။ မဖြစ်ခင်က ရှောင်သင့်ပေမယ့် မရှောင်လို့ဖြစ်ကာမှ ကြောက်နေတာက မမှန်ဘူးမဟုတ်လား။
