Done MRI, it was so noisy. Luckily now i have insurance, it’s kind of expensive: +11,000 HKD.

I had to do one a year ago.. it's indeed super noisy

I've been in an MRI a few times.. all the times I've somehow fallen asleep
I felt kind of at the end, but not during the study.
I've had 3 MRIs done in my life. I use the noise to go into a meditative state 🧘♀️ but yeah it's noisy!!!
Something like that I tried to do. While I was in the examination I was thinking myself, in the middle of black, with the ayes closed, 'Imagine if this were a spacial travel, maybe going to mars... but why so noisy? Astronauts expirienced something like that?" Later, it comes to my mind: "I am trying to keep calm myself as I know it is a medical study, but in some moments I wanted to press the call dispositif... If they take me sleeping and put me in this machine without realise it is a study I will be very scary..." Well, already done with that!!
