Welcome to another post here in the community.

I was surprised by this week's theme in the Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: Conclave Arcana Conflicts, which directs the focus to Conclave Arcana Conflicts

You can access all the related content in my previous post, which includes full explanations and all that Arcana Conflicts offers:

But considering how precious your time is when reading a post with similar purpose, I can summarize the previous content in the following key points:

At the end of each conflict, there’s still a special bonus: 1 Black Foil Arcane and 5 Gold Foil Arcane will be distributed as part of the jackpot rewards for the luckiest participants. Ideally, you should prioritize those cards with higher collection power, meaning high-level, high-rarity cards and if possible, in Gold or Black Foil versions.

For example:

A single Black Foil legendary card can be worth 62,500 CP
While a max-level Gold Foil legendary card yields only 52,500 CP
Of course, not everyone owns one of these beauties. But the important thing is to use what you have in the most efficient way possible. Build your wagons as if preparing an elite squad. Quality over quantity.

So finally, "A SONG OF FIRE AND ICE" has begun, which is the first storyline (if I can call it that) of the Arcana Conflicts. You must add your contributions using Mage Wagons to take part in the conflict.

I think Zyrx the Emberglace is the biggest reward for this whole event, in fact it's a great legendary with a 10 mana cost. Its base stats are 2 magic attack together with 5 melee attack, 10 points of maximum life and, of course, its 4 points of armor, ending with its 4 points of speed.

If these attributes alone weren't enough of an advantage for his composition, he is also part of the Dragon element, which allows him to make great compositions with other elements.

But what are Mage Wagons?

Everything You Need to Know About Mage Wagons in Splinterlands

If you’re participating in the Conclave Arcana Conflicts events, you’ve probably heard of Mage Wagons. They are essential tools to join the airdrop system in these events and can make a huge difference in your contribution.

Mage Wagons are magical carriages that serve as structures where you can allocate cards and packs from the Conclave Arcana or Rebellion sets. Each wagon allows up to 5 cards and 100 packs to be staked in order to generate contribution points during the event. For every 100,000 points generated through staking cards and packs, you gain one chance to receive a card in the airdrop. To guarantee a card, you need to reach a minimum number of chances, which increases with each new conflict. For exact details, it’s best to check the official page with the full calculation.

When a conflict ends, you can remove all cards and packs using the “clear all” button on the final management screen. The wagons are stored in your inventory as conflict items and can be reused in future events, although they experience wear and need repairs after the airdrops.

But how can you get Mage Wagons?

There are several ways to obtain them. You can get Mage Wagons through three main methods: by purchasing Conclave Arcana packs every 100,000 DEC or Credits spent in the official store grants up to 8 Mage Wagons. You can also craft Mage Wagon Kits using land-based resources. Lastly, you can purchase kits directly from the Non-Card Market. Once activated, the kit becomes a wagon tied to your account and can no longer be transferred or sold.

Within an active conflict, you can click “Add Wagons” to insert new Mage Wagons or purchase them directly on the spot.

Leaderboard

As already mentioned in the Arcana Conflicts introduction post, there would be a kind of leaderboard for players. I must say, there are a few well-known names in the community especially active on Hive such as Bravetofu, Cryptomancer, and Yabapmatt.
