2021 Art recap, PT 2: The Story of The Stories or "Story# 7, By Alejandra Her
The Story of the Stories or Story#7
"And this is the story of stories, which are tangled in visible and invisible knots; which seem to distort everything. But it's real, his dazed mind is real; it is who says what should not, who hides behind the mask, what turns me on, what puts out that fire with its deceptive way. The table is served with what looks like love and disappears after being eaten.
This is where everything that inhabits me intermingles, since my mind is not a cage, but a deep and infinite well; and each light uncovers new mysteries, no matter how dim the light, I always find something new."
This was the last work of my 7 Stories series.
This collection is about me, and about you, and our shared memory. But this last piece is about moving on. Sometimes it is difficult to make a decision to leave what hurts us aside and move on. By this time I had already decided to continue on my way, knowing that everything would be fine.
Here, the main character has a knot in her throat, and it refers to how difficult it is to say certain things, to be honest to ourselves.
All my stories merge in this last piece, and that's why it has at least one thing in common with each one of this collection: Birds, light (a firefly, a bulb), faceless people, masks, frogs, water shapes, bread and my mushroom man are some of them.
I recognize everything as real in my description. Hasn't it happened to you that sometimes you feel that your memory doubts about the real and the imaginary? This happens sometimes when you have to make an important decision. Love can be real, but also pain.
My mind is a deep well, everything that inhabits me is mixed, and no matter how small a light is, there will always be something new inside me that amazes me.
Art is the best way that I can express myself, and maybe that know in my throat will be there for long, or forever, But I'll always have art.
How do you express yourself when you can't find the words to say what you feel?

This is super cool!!! 😍😍😍 How did you manage to get it all together!!
Thank you, Sakura. When I create an illustration, it is very important that each element has a meaning, and I work in parallel both things: written description and graphic creation.
Thanks for your interest 🙂
You are splendid at doing so, I must admit. I have a very hard time managing the two, and on top of it all collaging all of them together? No way!! That's just too many details and you have done it so smoothly, I am really flattered. Wish to see more of your works.😍
super cool! I love the guy making out with the pasta! :D
