To realize my dream "Garden DAO" and promote edible plants, I started tokenizing plants on NFT Showroom.

This time I tokenized pea shoots.
Not only peas but also snap pea shoots are edible. If you grow some in your garden, cut the top to garnish salad and sandwiches. Or you may be able to find at a supermarket as sprouts.
The early harvest before bean harvest makes us motivated for the upcoming gardening season.
Just be careful not to take too many. I shouldn't let my daughter know that it's edible ...

先日Garden DAOを実現するために食べられる植物を中心にNFT化してみますと妄想投稿を書きました。
今コロナ陽性で自宅療養中で、マーケットや庭に題材を見に行くことができず、何かないかなあと家の中を見回したらありました。スナップエンドウの芽です。
ガーデニングにずぶずぶはまる過程で海外ガーデナーのYouTubeチャンネルを見ていたら、春先に収穫できて楽しいよ〜＆くるっとした見た目がかわいいよと紹介されていて食べるようになりました。サラダやサンドイッチの見た目がおしゃれになります。
子どもに教えると、茎だけになるまで食べそうなので内緒です😂

スナップエンドウの芽って食べれるんですね。ミョウガの葉も食べられることを最近知って、本当に野菜ってほぼ捨てるところがないんだなぁと。
