I think, it takes too long time if you are trying to upgrade your level without investing, rent let you play at certain level but won't help to recover your balance which spent for rent. First buy few cards after calculations of CP as you need 1000CP and 400 rating points to get DEC against win at ranked battle match, then buy effective cards for your mana and speed cost- you know Bronze II level is maximum time with rules set and you find more exciting at there, best of luck and !LUV this game.
