Ah, perfectly good reason. Thanks for clarifying, and please forgive me for asking the same thing 3x in three different posts!
no problem! there's also some instances of people just delegating to zingtoken but never logging onto the website which means they won't start earning

Yes, it's all sorted. I made a new delegation, and in 5 days I'll have my old delegation back. At the same time I may have helped someone who has encountered the same problem.
