Metarun is the world’s first P2E, PvE/PvP

Metarun is the world’s first P2E, PvE/PvP endless mobile runner game universe that empowers its players with fully customizable ownership of NFT assets. Players will begin their journey by selecting from one of three character classes, The Craftsman, The Fighter, and The Sprinter. There are four main characteristics for each class: Health, Mana, Collision Damage, and Maximal Speed. However, each character specializes in specific characteristics while lacking in others – so choose wisely. The goal of Metarun, similar to traditional runner games, is to race across the finish line of obstacle courses filled with monsters, traps, and treasures. However, in this universe, players are provided many ways and the free will to employ their skills for upgrading their NFT assets such as characters’ weapons, skins, or even pets by using accumulated in-game tokens. All in-game assets are NFT items that can be traded, sold, or purchased on Metarun’s NFT Marketplace, or perhaps owners would like to up the competition and race against players worldwide. Additionally, players will be able to yield farm their tokens. Still, we even took the farming opportunities further by incorporating a character rental mechanism that allows users to lease their characters to other players for the ultimate rewards-earning opportunity.
Game Modes
Endless-Run (PvE)
1Description: Endless race, in which the player tries to advance as far as possible, passing the obstacles and enemies. The player can get soft currency for PVE by completing missions, killing monsters, and picking up the 2GOLD; additionally, players can get OPAL for completing daily tasks.
Goal: Run as far as possible and collect as much GOLD and SAPPHIRE as possible. But some will be to complete the objectives.
3Victory conditions: None or if objective completed
Earnable currency: GOLD, SAPPHIRE, and OPAL to complete daily missions
4The Game ends: Earn trophies for the trophy road, soft currencies, and rewards for completing daily tasks.
Continue to Play if killed: Resurrection - after being killed/dead, the player can spend a certain amount of OPAL to continue the race from the last point to restore all character resources.
Rewards:
*The player can pick up GOLD from the ground.
*The player receives SAPPHIRE by killing opponents.
*The player can complete daily missions to get OPAL and additional rewards.

Currency Classes
Soft Currency
Metarun Soft currencies can only be obtained and used inside the game but cannot be converted into $MRUN tokens. The list of soft currencies is
*GOLD
*SAPPHIRE
*DIAMOND

Hard Currency
Hard currency in Metarun means that it can be obtained inside the game, and also it can be exchanged into Metarun native tokens & $MRUN tokens through price oracles. There is only 1 type of hard currency in the game, i.e., OPAL.


Earning Potential
*Earning potential of every character is associated with the
a. Rarity of the characters.
b. The rarity of skin.
c. Win rate.
d. Hero league.
*The higher the character rarity, skin rarity, and win rate, the higher the earnings potential.
*Heroes with a higher rarity will have more powerful abilities, initial characteristics ( health, mana potion, damage, max speed), and higher win/lose bonuses resulting in higher earning potential.
*Heroes with a higher skin rarity will have a higher character level, character active and passive abilities power level, and OPAL earning battles results in higher earning potential.
*The character with higher rarities has more chances to win the PvP battles resulting in higher earning potential.
*The higher the hero league, the higher the rewards will be in every match and at the end of every season, resulting in higher earning potential.

Character Leasing
Metarun will adopt character leasing, a unique revolutionary way to capitalize on your game NFTs inducing further liquidity and utility. This feature will allow owners to lease out their in-game character, NFTs, for a limited time while claiming back a percentage of the earnings. The basic overview of how it works is given below
*A player (hereinafter the owner) may rent a character to another player (hereinafter the renter).
*The renter gets temporary ownership, uses the character as his own, and can receive all the soft currency for the races.
*The received hard currency is divided between the owner and renter in the ratio determined by the owner.
*The ratio is determined before the rental begins.
*The owner selects the rental period prior to the start of the rental. The owner may set a game limit and a rental time limit.
*The player(owner) will set a lease fee in MRUN tokens.
