Risks Taking Is Alowed For Growth
We take risks in everything we are doing, and even life itself is a risk. Whenever we walk from one place to another, it comes with a risk. So, life dealing with itself is a big risk to humanity.
I have seen someone who bought shares thinking it would yield profits in the long run. He risks a tangible amount of money buying this share, but he has waited for over a decade now without seeing any form of profit. That was a risk.

Back to business:
I'm a trader who trades in different goods. I have tried in different ways what we call risk-taking. Some came out to be successful, while some did not. I'm all I have lost, just a little, except for the Ponzi scheme I placed a bet with some time ago that turned out to be fake. I lost all the money I had placed in that Ponzi scheme, which made me conclude that I can never try a Ponzi scheme, even when it is paying people a lot of money. I always come out to be the last man standing anytime I venture into something like that.
The most recent risk I have taken is the one that gave me a heart attack. My friend came to me and told me that powdered gari (cassava flavor) will soon rise to its peak. She told me, but I believed her just because of what had happened in the past on Palm oil. During that period, I loaded enough of it, as my hunch will and can never deceive me. I bought enough, and it turned out to be real.
Now, the cassava flavor, popularly known as Lebu, dropped a little in price, as my friend thought it would rise. I also had the thinking that it was going to rise after receiving calls from my customers who always supply me with cassava flavor. After receiving the call, I was balanced with what my friend said. I prepared my money to buy about seven bags.
This happened two months ago. The assurance was that it was going to increase in a short time. I bought the number of bags mentioned above. So, I kept waiting for the day it was going to rise.
I bought a bag for 34K as of that period. After some period of time, the price was decreasing instead of increasing. Although I was still believing that it was going to increase in price. I'm sure that the majority of you wouldn't like the idea of me saying this just because of the fact that most of us here are Nigerian. And also, you may also be saying, "why do most of you want food stuff to go on the high side?" This may be the question most of you have within you. The fact remains that I'm a trader who always studies the market, and I trade to make a profit but not to lose. So, anytime I hear of an item going on the high side that I would likely have in stock, I will not hesitate to buy those items just for profit making.
If I tell you now that the present price for the Lebu is way higher than the price I bought it for, you won't believe me. It has decreased from #34K to 27K. This alone was a blow to me, but I kept hoping that it was going to increase. Right now, I have about five bags in my shop untouched.
This was a risk that did not favor me, but some have favored me in the past anyway.
It's Ponzi scheme saga for me😅
When people come to my DM to market Ponzi schemes to me, I laugh because they don't know what'sup even though they're getting paid at that moment 😅
Wow, everyone hopes to make profit in business not otherwise, sorry about this sis!
