Meet In The Next Holiday

The last holiday was not spent so well and was not even looked into. At some time, I was thinking if it was an Easter holiday or just an ordinary holiday. Unlike before, I have been spending my holiday so well with my family and well-wishers. I have been making sure to prepare enough food that can serve my family and my friends as well as those who cared for food.

Last year, I prepared rice during the Easter holiday and I took my kids for outings. They enjoyed themselves to the fullest. My landlord's last born also followed us and this Easter holiday, she was expecting the same to happen. She was so keen to know if we would be going to have fun just like last year's Easter holiday. I told her we were not going, and we would wait until next holiday before we can be able to go for an outing.

This holiday is not just like the ones I have been spending with my kids. It's exceptional, and I guess it's just because of about things in the country.

People who always spend a lot on holidays have somehow cut their coat according to their cloth. When you spend too much, your pocket will start leaking as so many things will be off from you. Your method of earning might change drastically.

So, nowadays, we continually try to make our spending minimal just to suit the situation around.

I spent the holiday with my kids at home without cooking the usual rice and salad.

This Esther holiday happened to be my 11th wedding anniversary. I had wanted to celebrate it, but somehow was unable to just because of the tight corner I found myself in. Although, I had postponed it to a day that will bring everyone together, both in my church and at home.

The next holiday my children will be having will be the Ramadan holiday where the Muslims will celebrate in their own way. This holiday does not concern me as I'm a Christian, but since my kids will take a break from school, I will use that opportunity to take them for an outing. This will make them feel happy.

I had promised my kids that I will take them for an outing a d will prepare them what I failed to prepare for them. They love salad and this is what I had I mind as well as fried rice and chicken.

I had it in mind to visit places, but the fund to carry out the plan is not available. The last time my husband visited a tourist centre was at his last place of work. They travelled all the way from Lagos to Ogun State. They saw places like Olumo Rock. This place is where I had wanted to take my family to. Visiting this place will make them feel happy.

I'm making arrangements to go to this place with my family. I'm sure they will love it and will never forget the great things they will learn from this place. My plan is towards the next holiday, which is the long holiday. This period is when they will have to stay at home for a long period of time.

I will make it remarkable to them. My husband has agreed to my plans, and it will be a great honor for them all.
