Dan Saw A Damsel
“Hey, Abi, it's time for classes; we need to get going now.” Dan was so worried that they would be late for their lecture.
“Just a minute," Abi immediately responded, as he horribly got prepared by putting on his clothes since he had had his bath before that moment.
After a few minutes, he jumped out, and they proceeded to the school for lectures. On their way, they were just having a cool but lovely conversation before bulging into the unforeseen situation.
“Hay Dan," Abi called out slowly, but then Dan was carried away by the girl he had seen. He was unable to hear his friend yelling at his name.
“Hay Dan," Abi called out slowly yet again, but was so shocked to have seen Dan focusing on a particular girl. His focus was just too glaring.
Abi drew closer to Dan, thinking he was going to notice him, but then he was not. His gazing made him stand, but then the one he was gazing at was not aware of what was happening. He stood at a spot lost deep into the realm of gazing.
“Dan!” Abi yelled out, and this time was as loud as possible and also came with tapping him hard.
“Oh, OK, let's keep moving. “Maybe he thought Abi did not observe his eyes when he was busy enjoying his gaze.
“Why were you gazing at that lady?” Abi asked, as he was anxious to hear from Dan.
“I was not gazing at her. I was only looking at that man walking in a funny way," Dan said.
“But did you know that there was no man there?” Dan knew Abi had got his scope as Abi asked him the question.
“Yes, that girl looks pretty. I guess she is a damsel. I wish we were not going to the school; I would have approached her," Dan admitted.
They proceeded to school. Although they were late and so sneaked into the class without the notice of the lecturer. Three minutes later, Dan's sight went blank as he was just lost again in a gaze. “Dan, look, it's what we had done yesterday; the lecturer is lecturing us today," Abi soliloquizes to Dan's ear, but finds out that he has been lost in thoughts once again.
“Who is it this time? Why can't this guy focus these days?” Abi said to himself as he was just following Dan's focus and discovered that it was that same girl he was basing his focus on.
“Aha, so it's this girl again? I knew it," he said in surprise.
“Dan, please focus," Abi said.
This girl turned her look somehow to the back of the hall just to shake off herself. Her eyes met Dan's eyes, and without wasting time and for Dan not to be looked down on, he immediately waved at her. The girl nodded in agreement.
After the end of the lecture, Dan immediately rushed to meet with this girl. Her body looks soft, and her appearance was so innocent, and she was so pretty. Her eyes were the type every leaving man would fall for.
“Hi damsel," Dan said.
“Hi handsome," the girl said as Dan’s head swelled, and his shoulders were raised while he thought to himself, “I guess this girl likes me in return since she can be able to rain praise on me.”.
“I have been gazing at you right from the first time I saw you along the road while coming to school. Even now, while in the lecture room. I don't know how your beauty kept glowing in my face, and I can't just swallow my thoughts without pouring out my mind. Babe, you are beautiful," Dan said.
“Well, thanks for that compliment," she responded and took to her heel without waiting for Dan to speak further.
“Aha, what an insult!” Abi said from behind, just to laugh at him.
“It was not like that; she responded so well, and I must try to get her no matter what.” Dan was so sure of himself.
The next day, Dan saw the girl sitting under the mango tree very close to the lecture room. He immediately told Abi he was coming back. He drifted to where she was sitting and said, “Hi, pretty!”.
“Hey handsomely," this word alone kept Dan believing he was going to get her.
“You did not listen to me listening ear the last time we met," Dan said.
“Because I was not ready to listen to your rubbish," she replied, but this word struck him deeply, and he began to sweat profusely.
“But I just wanted to speak my mind to you. I just want us to be friends and also to know a lot about you. What can I address you with?” Dan asked.
“Sarah,” she replied.
“Nice name to a pretty damsel; anyway, I'm Dan.”.
“Ok,” she replied.
After several meetings, Sarah got drawn in love without Dan’s knowledge. She surprised Dan with something he had been expecting.
Dan had rushed to sit under the mango tree before Sarah and had even forgotten that he had a friend, Abi. Sarah was not in school at that moment. But after a few minutes, Dan received a wet lip, lying right beside him. He initially thought it was coming from Abi, but turning his face, he saw Sarah. She hugged him from behind and surprised him. Dan did not know what to say as he was melting deep inside of him. “Am I dreaming or what?” He asked himself.
He accepted the hug, and then Abi showed up, “Aha, I can smell love in Tokyo.” Sarah immediately removed her hands and comported herself.
After this moment, their love began to grow stronger and stronger.
Nice love story,
I think the girl had a eye for him long before now, If not, how come she accepted the proposal that easy.
Well the both of them are very lucky
I thought Sarah was there for a test or something but somehow Dan action didn't affect their relationship, that's awesome.
If it were some guys, they wouldn't even push further after the first approach, or even after the statement,
I love it for Dan and Sarah. He didn't give up and chose to start off as friends.
Beautiful read 😊
