Got 2GFL's in my EOS, Life, obviously.
So anything renting for less than 1 DEC will be a loss? Nice!

Not sure how it works. I think it is listing cost, not daily. So, if listing for the season, it is 1 DEC, so as long as it rents for more than that in the season, it is fine.
1 DEC/Season is pretty low/fair I think, hopefully a positive move overall.
