An Equal Opportunity Ruleset Battle in Splinterlands

Hi friends,

How are you all doing? It's been quite some time after my last post, that I am writing this one and happy to come back and play few battles and post this blog on an Equal Opportunity ruleset for this week's Social Media Challenge.

It's been raining updates as we could see with Splinterlands account as we can updates on Land 1.75, some new card to buy with vouchers ( I don't have much vouchers though being a new account) and other stuffs as there is a successfully running survival mode.

I haven't tried the survival mode as I have limited number of cards and I read somewhere that, if a card is played and battle is lost, the card will not be playable for some time.

With my limited number of cards, I would be happy to play in modern and wild format than not having cards to play at all.

The battle I am sharing for the Social media challenge is the one with Equal Opportunity ruleset and that is the only ruleset for this battle and battle did have enough mana cost with a limit of 49 for this battle.

As always, the delegated summoner of Cryptic by my introducer Rob Wilberg is the best one for me and I used the same in this battle as well.

My monsters were, Diemonshark, Commander Slade, Sea Dog of Eight, Pirate of Eight, Venka The Vile and Cruel Sethropod in that order.

I knew that the equal opportunity ruleset will make the monsters to target monster with lowest health first and I felt this bunch of monsters I used will help me with the help of strategy abilities induced by summoner Cryptic.

I opted for poison and expose abilities as I have been successful when I opted for these abilities by summoner.

As you can see from above battle page screenshot, my opponent opted for magic monsters more with Obsidian as his summoner and it's quite understandable as he wanted to use more of magic monsters there.

Having said that, my melee attack monsters were with more attack compared to his magic monsters and having a blast ability monster helped me to remove couple of those quickly and get over the winning line in this battle.

There was a monster with taunt ability used by my opponent in the form of Mycelic Slipspawn and that was quickly removed by the powerful Venka The Vile and other monsters and then it was the turn of Goblin Tower monster from opponent which got removed. He had a gold foil version if it and that looks so impressive with blast ability.

The battle continued with 2 of opponent's monsters removed and one from my side in the form of Cruel Sethropod.

In the end, Commander Slade and Sea Dog of Eight controlled it well to remove all the other monsters from opponent and gave a win for me.

Most of these monsters are delegated ones by Rob and without those monsters, I couldn't have won so many battles and I continue to play with gratitude to Rob Wilberg everyday.

I am not being regular these days as exam days are near, but would be happy to play few games whenever I have some time and I am happy that I could play few today as well.

I see the season is ending in a day's time and I don't have much Glint earned this time and hope to play more today and tomorrow and get some nice Glint to buy few more cards from the shop.

I am stopping now and will see you soon :)
