Web3 Discovery

i still have a lot of reasearch to do but over time i dont think the ecological impacts of blockchain technology are going to be as bad people are making them out to be. granted there is still a lot of room for improvement. i think web3 is going to bring massive changes in how we use the internet.

its going to provide creators a lot more avenues to do what they do and with NFTs every secondary sale gives a royalty fee to the artist, for life as long as the blockchain is up.

also i wish people would get as mad at the military's power consumption as mad as people want to get at artists and developers who are paving the way to web3 in real time.

I have concerns about the environment too, but the blockchain/nft space is moving so fast. i believe it is important that we get involved in this space and learn about this tech so that we can help shape it and add to voices that are calling for things to be better and run more efficiently at the end of the day i feel we are in the "Ask Jeeves" phase of things where the top platforms to use are still in development
or the best practices are still being discovered.

some of the biggest enviro concerns stem from Proof of Work blockchain but right now Proof of Stake protocol is looked at as being more energy efficient at the end of the day do your own research and consider why it might be in the interest of banks and other large centralized institutions to keep the general public against blockchain at the end of the day the nft/crypto space is really small, but the community is very supportive

and there is still a lot to discover what's possible with web3
