Today I am sharing a post of #actifit with you. Today I have done a lot of work throughout the day and also did a lot of walking. Most of the time I walked because to perform various tasks I have to go from one place to another, due to which I completed all the tasks by walking. This also involved physical exertion and I think it is very important for physical fitness. I am sharing some photos with you of some of the activities of the day today.
